Soak up the sun, sea and sand of the Gulf at this cute condo. Unit 101 of La Coquina is situated just across the street from the beach! Sun worshipers can spend lazy days sunbathing and swimming in the ocean, while adventure-seekers can hire Jet Skis, go parasailing or head out on dolphin watching tours. At the condo, you’ll love spending time in our bright and breezy great condo that is newly painted, complete with a comfy sectional couch and a DVD player. La Coquina has a private shared pool. The best part is a a private balcony overlooking the shimmering waters of the Gulf.

The sun-filled great room features a leather sectional couch to kick back and relax. Watch TV, DVDs, or hook up your vacation playlist to the iPod dock.A nearby dining area has a table with 4 chairs, while a well-sized galley-style kitchen comes with all the essentials needed to cook up meals. An open serving hatch looks directly into the great room! This area also doubles as a breakfast bar with bar stool seating for 2.
Choose between two bedrooms that bring the coastal feel indoors. The master bedroom features a king bed, tiled floors, a TV and a private bathroom. Step out onto the balcony in the morning and let the cool ocean breeze slowly wake you. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and a TV, while a shared bathroom offers extra space for everyone to get showered and ready for the day. The complex also has a private pool – the perfect place to enjoy a quiet swim or read a book from the comfort of a sun lounger.
Situated directly across from the beach, the condo is just a casual stroll from sea, sand and sunbathing. Water sports and boating activities abound! Head to famous John’s Pass (3 minutes by car) for boat rentals, parasailing, jet skiing and dolphin watching tours. As well as offering all of these water sports activities, The “Pass” to locals is also a retail village, with a huge selection of shops and restaurants. For casual meals, several eateries are close to the condo.
Madeira Beach is located just west of St. Petersburg and has 2.5 miles of gorgeous beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters. Legend says that a pirate named John LeVique was the first European to settle the Madeira Beach area. It is best known for the 1,100-foot boardwalk along the Intracoastal named John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk.
John’s Pass is a collection of shops and restaurants in an old-style fishing village setting. Here you can pass the time watching pelicans dive for fish, watch dolphins swim and play, shop till your hearts content, or simply relax and enjoy all the amazing food and drink! Fishing is the primary sport activity but you can also rent a jet ski, take a pirate cruise or go on a sunset dolphin cruise. Within the city limits are many more restaurants, beach bars, unique local shops and many public beach access points. The activities and memories are endless in Madeira Beach!
If you’re bringing the kids, treat them with a trip to The Candy Kitchen (less than a 10-minute walk) for slabs of fudge, chocolates, & taffy.
